Deviled Eggs Recipe

This is the classic deviled egg recipe we all grew up with.  It still remains one of my favorite appetizers.


Deviled Eggs

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Yield: 4-6 Servings


  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs (peel and cut in half lengthwise)
  • ½ t Dry Mustard
  • ¼ t Salt
  • Dash Pepper
  • 3 T Mayonnaise
  • 1½ t White Vinegar
  • ½ t Worcestershire Sauce


  1. Remove egg yolks from hard boiled eggs. Place these in a bowl with the mustard, salt, mayonnaise, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until smooth. Stuff egg-white halves with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more for flavors to marry before serving.


Use a pastry bag to squeeze the yolk mixture into the egg whites for a professional looking touch.
