If you’re looking for a good dipping sauce, whether your making chicken or beef fondue, this ginger dipping sauce will definitely fit the bill. This is great for dipping beef, fish, or chicken.
Ginger Dipping Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce (lite sodium)
- 3 ½ T Rice Vinegar
- 2 T Water
- 1 T Sugar
- 1½ T Fresh Ginger (minced)
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until sugar is dissolved. Keep stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
