A nice light vinaigrette for a mixed green salad, complementing any meal. You can stick with Tarragon, or try other herbs such as thyme.
Tarragon Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Water
- ½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- ½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 t Pepper
- ½ t Tarragon
- 1 t Dijon Mustard
Directions
- Mix ingredients together and mix with salad to lightly coat.
